Terms & Conditions

I/We agree to hold Key Food Stores Cooperative, Inc, and TR International, Inc., harmless of any and all claims arising from accidental death, injury, or harm to persons and/or damage to, or loss of possessions, suffered by myself/ourselves, my/our family, my/our employees. In order to participate in the trip for two in the promotion sponsored by Key Food and its member companies and its agent, TR International, Inc. receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I, for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators hereby waive, release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless Key Food and its member companies and TR International, Inc., and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors and assigns, and anyone authorized by any of them, from any and all losses, damages, costs, expenses, rights, claims, demands and actions which I, my heirs, executors or assigns may have arising from my participation in and/or my use of the trip in the promotion, including but not limited to personal injuries, death, disability, property damages, and attorneys' fees and expenses for litigation and settlement.

I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless Key Food and its member companies, and TR International, Inc., and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors and assigns or anyone authorized by any of them, from any and all losses, damages, costs, expenses, rights, claims, demands and actions which I, my heirs, executors or assigns may have arising from my participation in and/or my use of the trip in the promotion, including but not limited to personal injuries, death, disability, property damages, and attorneys' fees and expenses for litigation and settlement. I hereby grant permission to Key Food and its member companies, and TR International, Inc., and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors and assigns or anyone authorized by any of them, to use my name, likeness, voice and biographical data, in whole or in part, in any and all media for the purposes of advertising, publicity and trade, and in connection therewith I hereby release them and each of them from all liability.

I hereby agree that to Key Food and its member companies, and TR International, Inc., have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, or mechanical condition. To the extent that any of the provisions in this “Terms & Conditions” addendum is unenforceable by reason of State Law, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. I warrant that I am 21 years of age or older, and that I have every right to contract in my own name. I have read or have had read to me each and every word of the foregoing prior to its execution and am fully familiar with the contents thereof.
